Mr. Suzuki is one of the founding members of the company. He joined the company in 2000 and has been involved in investment and value-up activities from more than 20 portfolios. Prior to Works, Mr. Suzuki was Director of CSK Venture Capital and he executed extensive investment in technology and internet ventures based in Silicon Valley and Israel. He started his career with Denso Corporation, a world leading automotive electronics manufacturer. |

Prior to Works, he had worked for JAFCO and Accenture. Mr. Honma has 10 years of investment experience.
Mr. Honma graduated from Keio University, with a B.A. in Commerce.
